Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use Speech10 to

• Impersonate a real person deceptively or create voice content without required consent.
• Commit fraud, phishing, extortion, harassment, threats, or other unlawful activity.
• Create sexual exploitation content or content that endangers children.
• Generate instructions intended to facilitate serious physical, digital, or financial harm.
• Violate copyrights, privacy, publicity rights, contracts, or applicable law.
• Misrepresent AI-generated audio where disclosure is required or materially relevant.
• Probe, overload, bypass, resell, or interfere with Speech10 or provider safeguards and limits.

Enforcement

We may review submitted text and related activity using automated and human safety processes. We may block a request, restrict features, suspend an account, preserve relevant records, or report conduct where required by law.

Report suspected misuse to abuse@speech10.com with enough detail for us to investigate safely.
