Information we collect
We process account identity, profile information, scripts, generation settings, usage and credit records, payment submissions, support communications, and technical security logs. Google authentication provides basic account identity; Speech10 does not receive your Google password.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, generate and deliver audio, operate credits and payments, prevent abuse, provide support, monitor reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
Speech10 uses trusted providers for authentication, databases, voice generation, file storage, email, and hosting. Data is shared only as needed to provide or secure the service.
Retention
Generated audio is normally retained for seven days. Account, transaction, audit, and legal records may be kept longer where required for operations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or law.
Your choices
You may update profile information or request account deletion from Settings. A recovery period may apply before permanent deletion. Some financial or security records may be retained when legally necessary.
